How do I deposit pUSD to my account?

Navigate to the Wallet page in your dashboard. You'll see your deposit address where you can send USDC on the Polygon network — it auto-wraps to pUSD (Polymarket USD) on your trading wallet. Deposits are detected automatically and credited to your balance.

Can I copy multiple traders at once?

Yes! You can create multiple copy trading configs, each targeting a different trader. The number of active configs depends on your subscription tier.

What happens if a copy trade fails?

Failed trades are logged with detailed error information in your Trades history. Common reasons include insufficient balance or market conditions changing between detection and execution. No fees are charged on failed trades.

How do I withdraw my funds?

Go to the Wallet page in your dashboard and use the withdraw function. Withdrawals are processed to your connected wallet address on the Polygon network.

Is my private key safe?

Yes. Trading wallet private keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and stored securely. Keys are only decrypted in memory during trade execution and are never logged or exposed.

Polymarket is restricted in the US and geoblocks US residents. Users must comply with their local laws. PolyZig does not facilitate access from blocked jurisdictions.

15-minute markets resolve every 15 min based on a spot price direction — high frequency. Daily markets resolve once per day or over longer horizons — slower but with richer strategy space.

Why does Polymarket block my country?

Polymarket's Terms of Service restrict access from the US, UK, and sanctioned countries. Geo-blocks are enforced at their edge; PolyZig cannot circumvent them.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Polymarket settles winnings to your wallet in pUSD (Polymarket USD) on Polygon. pUSD is backed 1:1 by USDC and unwraps to native USDC on withdrawal. You can then bridge or off-ramp USDC using standard tools like Circle, Banxa, or a CEX that supports Polygon USDC.

On-chain trades on Polymarket are public by default — addresses and amounts are visible. Your PolyZig account email is private.

What's a neg-risk market?

Accepted Answer

A neg-risk (negative-risk) market is Polymarket's multi-outcome structure where outcomes sum to ~$1 and any YES excludes the others. They trade on a separate exchange contract.

How does PolyZig detect trades in the mempool?

PolyZig monitors pending Polygon transactions for Polymarket-specific calldata (e.g. matchOrders on the CTF Exchange), decodes the intent, and triggers a copy before the block is finalized.

What's the builder fee?

The builder fee is a small portion of a trade's value paid to the order-book builder. PolyZig may be set as the builder on trades it executes, depending on configuration.
