Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use PolyZig you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Services are not available to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, or any country subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions). Polymarket itself geoblocks these regions; bypassing that restriction violates these Terms.

You represent that you are not on any sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU, UK HMT, UN) and are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned person or entity.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your email inbox (used for Magic.link passwordless login) and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us at security@polyzig.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for keeping it current.

3. Copy-Trade Risks

Copy trading is inherently risky. By using PolyZig you acknowledge and accept that:

• You can lose money, including your entire deposit. Prediction-market outcomes are binary; a losing position can settle to zero.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. A trader who was profitable historically may not be going forward.
• Resolution risk — markets are resolved by Polymarket's oracle system (UMA). Oracle outcomes are final and occasionally disputed.
• Gas & execution risk — Polygon network congestion, RPC failures, or slippage can cause a copy trade to fill at a worse price than the target trader, partially fill, or fail entirely.
• Smart-contract risk — Polymarket contracts, approvals, and the underlying Polygon chain may contain bugs or be subject to exploits that are outside our control.

4. Fees

PolyZig charges subscription and per-trade fees depending on your tier. The current fee schedule is published at /support and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We may change fees on 30 days' notice via email and in-app banner. Network gas is paid by you to the Polygon chain and is separate from our fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in wash trading, self-dealing, spoofing, layering, or any other market-manipulation tactic.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits, billing, authentication, or other technical controls.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish the Services without written consent.
• Use the Services to launder funds or finance terrorism or other unlawful conduct.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are attempting to harm other users or the platform, are located in a restricted region, or are subject to sanctions. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to give you notice and to let you withdraw remaining funds, unless doing so would violate law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYZIG AND AIENGINE LTD ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is capped at the fees you paid to PolyZig in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This cap applies in aggregate across all claims. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitral institution, in the jurisdiction where AIEngine LTD is registered. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIEngine LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Intellectual Property

The PolyZig name, logo, site, content, and underlying software are the property of AIEngine LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. © AIEngine LTD. All rights reserved. You receive only the limited, revocable license to use the Services described in these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree you may close your account before the new terms apply.
